Not bad but you definitely need more holes in the bottom of the plate. First I built coal on a sand hill. Then they added frankincense resin. It has a comfortable grip but the base heats up more than I expected. Let's put it on a stand.

This is a nice incense holder at a great price. Live looks even more expensive! Many have commented on how they removed the handle and I have no idea why anyone would do that, the handle is perfect to grip and helps prevent burns. Good product!

This product is perfect for incense sticks, but it has a very deep bowl with no additional ventilation at the bottom, so the charcoal tends to run out if you don't keep the airflow constant. I had to fill the bottom with foil to keep the charcoal high enough so it wouldn't suffocate. Otherwise it's good.

I use this with incense resin and charcoal tablets. I saw someone say to use aluminum foil to get it higher. I wonder if that could put chemicals in the air. I assume the sand is dirty, maybe some natural stone? The first time I used it, I turned the lid over and put a charcoal disc and incense sticks inside. It was pretty smoky. I will develop and update a better method.

Working properly. I recommend filling the bottom with sand before lighting incense cones or charcoal in it. The handle is very convenient to go from room to room for cleaning. The only recommendation regarding the making of this product is to have a small wooden bead or handle on the top in case you need to remove the lid to add more incense. Currently we use an incense stick and stick it through the holes in the lid and lift to remove the lid when hot.

Very happy with this purchase. VERY IMPORTANT. Has a good weight for its size. Very safe and stable. The wooden handle is perfect. Used with a small amount (1/4 teaspoon) of papal tar incense for Catholic Church fragrance during rosary meditation. How wonderful! This incense burner is ideal for use in an apartment.
