Solid product for connecting sales force automation to various business process flows

I like that it's easy enough, yet robust in its features so you can customize your flow as much or little as needed! It does have some quirks and bugs - but they are minor issues which we've been able solve without too many problems since our support team is super helpful with any questions/problems we do encounter (we're using them). The ability of being connected directly into Salesforce via Lightning Connectors has made getting started very quick & seamless. We did not use all facets at…

Excellent platform with good support

The software is easy to use, and it's intuitive. It also has an excellent customer service that is quick and efficient. Sometimes I wish there was more customization available. If you're looking for a tool that will automate your workflow and make life easier for you, this software is perfect! There are some things we can't do without using Accordium.
