The software is easy to use, and it's intuitive. It also has an excellent customer service that is quick and efficient. Sometimes I wish there was more customization available. If you're looking for a tool that will automate your workflow and make life easier for you, this software is perfect! There are some things we can't do without using Accordium. So far, everything has been great. This software has made our work much simpler and it's helped us track all of our activities. We have realized that our team works better when we're working together as a group.
