The first OEM lasted 150,000. This

First OEM lasted 12 years and 150,000. So I gave him the same again. Don't worry about it anymore. Installing on Saturn Outlook is a bit tedious. I paid Seredny $200 to put it on while he drinks and plays guitar.

Pros
  • Manufactured to GM OE specifications for fit, form and function
Cons

Started but not finished

I got this part for my 2010 GMZ Acadia. Everything went very easily and worked fine for about a month. He ended up breaking a few teeth and those teeth went into my engine and caused it to seize up. Obviously a defective part, but because of this defect I had to replace the motor. Luckily I had changed the motor beforehand so it was still under warranty. part was ok. The situation was probably an accident.

Pros
  • GM recommended replacement part for your GM car's original factory component
Cons
  • weak

Not an easy task. for starters and parts

Good quality starter, no complaints. I have changed many starters over the years but this one will be the most memorable. It took at least an hour to remove the starter motor from my GMC Acadia after having to remove the exhaust manifold from the front of the engine. My hands were bleeding from the many cuts I had sustained while working in this cramped space. The way back wasn't any easier, and I had to reinstall the exhaust manifold and tighten all the hard-to-reach bolts. I saw an install…

Pros
  • Offers GM quality, reliability and durability OE
Cons
  • Some difficulties
