Spare part for the original equipment GMC Yukon XL

Replaced genuine GM part working very well The last 2007 GMC Yukon XL flex fuel part had a small vacuum leak in cold weather. Problem solved cheaper than at the dealer. Ease of installation. We also recommend purchasing and using a new gasket for a complete seal!

Pros
  • All right!
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Ideal! My code has been corrected!

Works great and was practically new. I warn everyone who is not versed in technology and technology: after replacing this part, the car will have to go through a training procedure. How-to guides are all over the internet so finding one or making one isn't a bad idea!

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • High price

Great part. Fits perfectly.

So far, so good. Super easy to install. Chances are you can reuse the old gasket. This is hard work. Obviously designed for frequent exchanges. It was a little tedious to get the computer to idle again. I recommend allowing the truck to fully warm up before beginning the process.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • There are doubts

2007 Chevy Tahoe Fuel Injection System

Fits 2007 Chevy Tahoe. Got the throttle position sensor code. If you're just replacing part of the sensor instead, use this route to replace the whole thing. Wicked easy tips 15-20 minutes and I was up and running again. No codes, smoother, perfect as mentioned in other reviews. I disconnected the battery when changing it. The relearning process is easy, YouTube/Google.

Pros
  • Outstanding Overall Performance
Cons
  • Upgrade Availability

Idle Air Module needs reprogramming

You will need to use the computer to relearn the idle air controls or you will have a high idle and the check engine light will come on. Don't replace the throttle body without the right tool, there are several. GM Tech II is the best. Use the MODIS tool. I couldn't relearn the module :( had to go to phx for Pitstop Performance to reprogram it for me. (Note: don't use cheap fake Tech II products ie VXDIAG from Amazon or eBay etc.) Use a boch tool or a few other different ones, maybe even…

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure

DO NOT INSTALL IF YOU DO NOT KNOW IF YOU NEED THROTTLE BODY REMANUFACTURE

Installed on a 2007 Escalade works great but you will need to relearn the throttle body. If you don't have high-end TDS programmer, you can't drive your car after installation. I had to take it off, go to the dealer, put it on and examine it again. I know this applies to any car, but this applies to 2007-2011 GMs.

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Reliability

Plan a lengthy relearning process!

Very easy job. The dealer charged us over $700 for this job on our '08 Suburban that had a catastrophic throttle body failure. Power decreased and eventually the throttle became completely unresponsive. It idled and never turned. Literally less than 10 minutes and we have it installed and all the plastics assembled. We also installed a new AC Delco gasket which was a total waste of money. The old seal was fine after 175,000 miles. Here's the hard part. I've done this job twice on the latest…
