You will need to use the computer to relearn the idle air controls or you will have a high idle and the check engine light will come on. Don't replace the throttle body without the right tool, there are several. GM Tech II is the best. Use the MODIS tool. I couldn't relearn the module :( had to go to phx for Pitstop Performance to reprogram it for me. (Note: don't use cheap fake Tech II products ie VXDIAG from Amazon or eBay etc.) Use a boch tool or a few other different ones, maybe even better, a MODIS scanner can relearn the module.
