Search the internet for the best possible pads.

I'm not sure if the pads are genuine AC Delco. Inside the package was opened. Various pads are available in the factory packaging. The pads now squeak as opposed to the original AC Delco pads.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Piggy bank Price

Great value for money

This was only 2 months ago. My wife delivers newspapers and makes frequent stops. So far they have worked well and lasted much longer than regular brakes for the same price.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Frequency

Revainrating 4 out of 5

They work but are louder than a 2011 Chevy Cruze.

Loud of course. I thought since this is AC Delco they are OEM but turns out they are not. In the process I cleaned and lubricated all relevant parts and spots and these pads still squeak and squeak every now and then, especially in cold weather. However, they stopped the car and were a reasonable price.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Not suitable for everyone

Great ACDelco brake pads for my Chevrolet Cruze

Fairly easy to install if you know what you do with vehicle maintenance. If you liked your car's factory braking performance when you first got them, they will work great. I got ACDelco rotors with it and there was no loud brake noise on my 2012 Chevrolet Cruze. If you have occlusions or noise with your current rotors, I recommend buying rotors so you don't have noise.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

It's not about the seals, it's about the technique of instillation.

I have read many reviews of these pads saying they are loud. I put mine on my 2012 Cruze 2LT and when I removed the old pads I noticed that the pads had deep rivets on the inside of both rotors. I then visually inspected the inside of the rotors and found that they were badly deformed. I quickly drove to the auto parts store, bought new brake rotors (Carquest Wearever from Advanced Auto Parts) and installed new pads through them. When you put new pads on worn rotors, the pads rub and make a lot

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Concise instructions
