ACDelco - but was disappointed to see it was made in China

ACDelco - but was disappointed to see it was made in China. Probably shouldn't have worried, now everything is made in China. BUT it's supposed to fit my 1972 El Camino (and probably most GM cars of that era). It is not so. When I put it in the clamp and tightened the mounting screw, it fell to the ground. The diameter of this item was approximately 1/8 inch smaller than it should have been. I made it by wrapping a layer of foam tape around the inside of the clip. If I had to do it again I…
