Fits 1998 Suburban - Engine Cooling and Climate Control

Perfect fit for my 1998 Suburban. The pipes are perfectly aligned so there were no problems connecting the hoses. It even had a little filter. Looked exactly like a GM part. The air conditioner is cold again.

Pros
  • Expansion Valves and Parts
Cons
  • Questionable Purchase by Elderly

It worked as advertised in a rear-end GM car.

This worked as advertised, used in a GM vehicle with rear air or RPO code C69 in your glove box, it is located in the rear evaporator inlet line, you have to open the airbox to access it It works too with an AC Delco15-5612 white orifice tube located in the Y-joint to connect the fluid line to the front side fender of the fluid line passage just below the battery in vehicles with dual battery options

Cons
  • Quality

Perfect for A/C

Perfect for rear A/C on my 1999 Suburban. The rear A/C was not cooling and that was because a 20 year old valve was clogged with dirt. The easiest way to access the valve without removing the airbox is to carefully cut the panel with a dremel tool. Save the part when it comes out. I only replaced the valve, not the bent hose that comes with the kit. If you are careful you can remove the valve without disconnecting the hose under the car. Install the new valve with new o-rings, then use aluminum

Pros
  • A/C
Cons
  • Interval
