Works well.: Hydraulic parts

I'll leave it at the overall rating as I just bought it and the truck brakes well. I haven't installed it so can't comment on the rest.

Delco AC master cylinder 174-1159

Delivered quickly, easy to change and now the brakes work great. I think the original master cylinder was weak for a long time before finally failing.

Pros
  • Pressure tested for safe and reliable braking
Cons
  • Something else

Factory OEM unit and worked perfectly

OEM unit and worked well for us. Fixed the issue of pumping the pedal to the max. Turns out it wasn't the wheel bearings, it was the master cylinder that failed at 105km. Bearings are still good.

Pros
  • Meets SAE J1153 and J1154 test brake performance requirements ensuring reliability and quality
Cons
  • Has defects
