Terrible Brake System

The worst brake system I've ever installed on my automotive. As my tests showed, it had terrible stopping power and made a loud screeching noise every time I braked.

Pros
  • None.
Cons
  • Terrible stopping power and loud screeching noise.

Screw patterns are not universal.

Revane told me they would fit my 1962 Buick Skylark. They were clearly pictured with 5 car holes with a 5" x 4 3/4" hole pattern. My car has a 4 x 4 1/2 inch bolt pattern. I think I can convert the rear axles to 5 x 3/4" or change the entire axle for a lot of money, but it has to be the front drums.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Repair

Not in a circle, not in balance!

Not round. Out of balance. Crock of shit. But so are all these new drums these days. Shit! You should order 6-8 pieces and keep the best pair you find and send the rest back! That's all you can do if you want to leave the drums in your car. You can find and sell old models from the USA at a junkyard. I bought new drums for GM and Ford. These new drums are junk! It doesn't matter who you buy from! They all seem to be from the same China!

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Expensive
