Quality Guaranteed: GM Genuine Parts 215-449 Vapor Canister - Black Review

ACDelco that I could find. Somewhere. My very knowledgeable mechanic told me that GM owners should only buy ACDelco when it comes to parts like this = emissions.

I am an 18 year old car mechanic. Bought for my own truck. Mine was clogged making it difficult to fill my gas tank. I knew my bleed valve was fine by testing it first. I couldn't even get this Ac Delco cheaper than my dealer price. You can't beat the OEM price of this part.

Bought while looking to get rid of the evaporation code that's been haunting me. I had a habit of always squeezing as much gas as possible into the tank, but it later turned out that this could destroy the canister. So I replaced it without clearing the code but now I have a nice new charcoal canister.

Revain are usually pretty good at finding out which products fit which cars but in this case they have this item as NOT suitable for a 2009 Chevy Silverado marked with 5.3 liter engine. L motor (not sure if motor size matters in this case). But I continued my research on the AC Delco website and was pretty sure it was the right part. So I dared and of course it was the perfect solution.
