P/N 45D2432, but box includes P/N 45D2016

Ordered 2 ACDelco Lower Ball Joints P/N 45D2432. Inside the box was ACDelco item 45D2016. Boxes with both part numbers contained the wrong ball joint.

Pros
  • Shocks, Struts and Suspension
Cons
  • Fits P/N

It's good that he has a Zerk Adaptation, but . . .

The supplied Zerk fitting will not fit. The threads on this elbow fitting are loose at the top of the ball joint. We found another faucet in our own inventory and got it working. It's a huge improvement to have this lubricated ball joint over non-lubricated OEM ball joints. The ball joint went in with no problems. The lock nut was tricky so we had to insert a hex into the bottom and slowly hand tighten it with a wrench - pneumatic tools couldn't do that.
