It was pretty easy to install on a Jeep Liberty

It was pretty easy to install on a Jeep Liberty. No compression straps required. With your back end jacked up and the axle as low as possible, you can press down on one end of the axle to gain a few more inches and move the spools in and out.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

perfect for spares

After 220,000 miles my original springs fell apart. They look identical to my original springs. My worn out springs compress about an inch more than when installed. Installing the springs took about 45 minutes on both sides. Much better handling than the OEM.

Pros
  • price
Cons
  • little things

OE quality springs, Ride remanufactured

Moog's rear Jeep KJ springs seemed good but AC Delco springs arrived early. They are thicker and I think they look better than the original springs. I put them on my Liberty and I'm back in stock. The OEM springs sagged heavily and were soft. The AC Delco is much stronger, but then again the originals were 15 years old. Removal and installation took 29 minutes. And it could have been faster if I used air tire and shock tools.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No instructions

Liberty drives like new again.

I bought these and a pair of shock absorbers to restore the rear of my 2006 Liberty to its original condition. They work great. The ride in the rear is much smoother and the rear no longer sags. They are stronger than factory springs and very easy to fit. Jacked up the car and put it on jackstands. I removed the wheel and shock absorber. With one hand he pressed on the brake disc, with the other he removed the spring. I then repeated the process with new parts and tightened everything to spec…

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Amazing piggy bank
