Bought 2 of these for my f350 universal joints. One side retracted easily and without any problems, freely rotatable. The other side went in easily but got stuck on the rotation and didn't move easily. Needle bearings removed and checked for fit, all needle bearings were present. Exchanged with another brand from a local parts store, no problems with the exchange.
