Don't buy good for shocks, struts and suspension

I'm an ac delco buyer for most parts on my gmc yukon but the lower ball joints didn't even last 6 months. I drive a 2001 gmc yukon 2500 with an 8.1 engine, I've done maybe 500 miles on the ball joints and they failed. i replaced top and bottom at the same time, i will replace them with moog again

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • There are nuances

It was easy to see that it was NOT right

Right car but wrong ball joint size. Of course, this is believed to be the correct part, but after pressing out the old lower ball joint it was easy to see that this was NOT the part. Now caught at the merchant's mercy, you have to send them back after paying MUCH more.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • There are downsides

Terrible boot quality

I can't believe the crappy boot quality they have. I'm not sure if it's a relief valve or a crack but they didn't even last 100 miles and one broke completely and I can't even pump lube into the trunk without squeezing it out. The passenger side is ok but it still doesn't even look right compared to the ones I took off which seemed to have more lube with a thicker boot. I will submit photos as soon as possible.

Pros
  • Sturdy finish
Cons
  • Weight
