Were there any devices?

Not too happy, opened the box and it's just a shock. No fastening material. There is no air line kit. Just a set of black air shock absorbers.

Pros
  • Stable test results
Cons
  • New competitors appeared

Being a good manufacturer and making everything work

'69 The Camaro had to raise the rear but the factory shocks were removed and a drag car style crossbar along with a 12 bolt Latch installed diff. These shock absorbers worked great. Highly recommended

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Ditch the expensive Nivomats

I used these to replace the stock Nivomat shocks on my Tahoe Z71 2006 2wd. I run it at around 60psi and it maintains the factory ride height and provides a comfortable ride. I believe the max pressure is 250 so it's more than capable of handling a heavy load scenario.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Some cons

says it fits my car, doesn't look like it.

I'm trying to convert my '04 Escalade (Amazon says this kit will fit) from the rear factory air spring to this Schrader manual valving system. The supplied mounting screws do not fit and when I don't use them the socket doesn't last long, there is no socket in the socket and the standard screws are fully threaded. Waste of time waiting for parts and disassemble-assemble.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Crumpled package

Seems like a gamble to get an air hold kit.

The first set had a shock blowing air from the top, called for a new set. The leaking shock and air line on this side have been replaced, the new shock also blows air from the top. While it's tempting to just return both sets, I'll try another tomorrow. It's less than I expected from a Delco AC kit even at this price point, but it should still hold air. Both shock absorbers of the second set were defective and did not hold air. Leaking from the top of the shock absorber.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Not bad
