ACDelco 9618W Professional Spark Plug Review

Based on my observations, these ignition parts fail to provide the necessary performance they claim to offer. After trying them out on my car, I noticed a significant decrease in fuel efficiency and power. The installation process was also more difficult than with other spark plugs I've used. Although they may be cheaper than other brands, it's not worth sacrificing quality for price.

Wires 1 through 5 were mostly exact replacements for these wires. The last 3 were the same length, long. So it doesn't matter where you place them. There was a little more play.

I ordered these for my Corvette as I wanted to keep the original brand of the car. As a retired auto technician, I have used AC Delco parts on GM and other vehicles for many years. The quality of the ignition cables is good, the problem with the fit. This is meant to be a "custom set" meaning the wires must match the originals. Unfortunately there aren't any. Some of the wires were too long and one was particularly short, but I managed to use it and get it working with a little finesse…
