Definitely tricky to install but that's not the part's fault. This filter/regulator was an exact replacement and a perfect fit.

I was concerned by the comments of some people getting the Wix filter but I received the AC DELCO filter in an AC DELCO BOX. Exactly as described at a great price.

I bought a wix filter and since it didn't come with a pressure regulator I had to call twice before starting. ACDelco launched for the first time.

Product packaging has been opened. In addition, the filter openings had no protective plastic covers. Typically, these filters include new plastic tube supports for the inlet lines. I think they "disappeared" when I opened the box.

This product is very similar to what my first boyfriend made for me, looks good but isn't quite the same. It can work as a replacement for the regular one, but for me it didn't regulate the pressure well. I opted for an adjustable aerodynamic regulator and a separate filter. The internet fooled me again, I tried two of them; Both failed in one way or another.

2002 Corvette Factory Replacement. Works perfectly; absolutely no complaints. The price was better or competitive everywhere. If you are buying a Corvette C5 please do your research first as the 5th generation models used several different types (3 I think) of fuel filters depending on the model year. Replacement is easy on a manual transmission and a bit more difficult on a machine.
