It's better than the old

It pumps fuel! It's better than the old one. The Off brand lasted a year. It's 62 pounds of pressure and the fuel gauge is as accurate as the original.

Wiring harness (included) was easy to install too

Fits perfectly. The wiring harness (included) was also easy to install. The truck no longer starts as quickly as before. It takes a few "twists" to start, whereas it used to start instantly. To the point of failure, of course.

Test drive went perfectly no loss of power or sluggishness at all

item installed very quickly on a 2002 S-10 V-6 4WD 3 door long cab that I have. The engine started right away, the test drive was perfect, no loss of power or heaviness. So far no complaints. Strange that a review claims it should take longer for the engine to run. Not so with my pump. The pump is much quieter than the original. Also note that if you are replacing the original pump, you will need some wiring knowledge to install this pump as it requires a different type of electrical connector…

Fantastic replacement pump - connectivity skills may be required on your vehicle.

This pump works fine in my 03 GMC Sonoma SLS (4.3L Long Cab 2WD). I didn't realize how bad my original fuel pump was until I installed this new unit. Revain shows that this part number does not apply to my truck, but other research has shown this to be the current Delco replacement AC pump for my vehicle. The factory vehicle electrical connection for this pump must be replaced with a cable from the pump kit (cable and cable connectors with wiring diagram are included in the pump kit). I would…
