Top quality. Suitable for replacing your obsolete top band style filter. Don't forget to remove the old filter ring, otherwise it may get stuck in the housing.

Looks like a rebranded Filtran filter housed in a standard white box marked AC Delco. As previously mentioned, this product is not manufactured by ACDelco. The date on my filter is 2020, so I'm guessing they moved production to Mexico sometime between 2019 and 2020. I don't know if this is a Chinese update that other people have received. The seal is a cork rubber seal. Seems ok but thin. If that is AC Delco's gold standard, then I believe Filtran is the best filter you will get.

All the blogs say you should use an AC Delco filter on your Corvette. I did it even though it was twice the price of a regular filter. But it worked well and I am very happy with the result.

Arrived as something rebuilt from a bankrupt parts store. The filter was in an old style Delco box and looked like it had been sitting on a shelf for years. The box was dirty and covered in greasy handprints and the filter inside had obviously been taken out of the box at some point as there was a rusty handprint on the metal base.

The original Delco air conditioning box was smashed and falling apart. The filter and gasket seem fine, but the trend of everyone getting a bin is suspect. The filter is made in China by SPX Filtran who probably make many branded filters of this model. If it's a distributed part of Ac Delco, then they add no value to the customer. Cork seal which I didn't want. I finally used it. Seems to work well but only 3 stars as packaging and seal were not what was shown.
