Good fit. Works well. A factory AC Delco gasket is included. I ordered the gasket separately. Recommend the factory seal when you replace it. About $30 for Revain. The dealer wants more than $100.

Take a picture of the pan gasket from your photo. The factory seal is reusable. Just clean it, dry it and reset it to 90 in-lbs. Guess what? NO LEAK!

I ended up not using a seal because I've heard it's a hassle to remove and reinstall properly and I didn't want to ruin anything . It's good that they are included, but I would like to be able to buy without a seal. Otherwise everything is fine, installation, quality etc.

Filter fits perfectly. The reusable pad pictured with the filter IS NOT INCLUDED but after 107,000 miles my original was a little stiffer than I wanted to put in. I ended up buying a Fel-Pro pad from O'Reillys. My package had 2 round gaskets that go between the gearbox and filter so someone must have lost one.

This filter fits my 2003 Saturn L200 perfectly. " or even part number somewhere on it. The only thing I could find was "Made in Mexico". I bought the transmission gasket and engine air filter separately, both came in AC Delco boxes but didn't. Let's hope, that this is a genuine Delco filter - did its job despite everything.

Perfect for my 2002 Pontiac Grand AM 2.2L Ecotec. Comes with a new gasket that comes with the gearbox. It was a bit tricky getting the old gasket out and I was afraid of crushing it trying to put the new one in, but it worked fine. If your old filter fails, use a clean rag to wipe the inside of the existing gasket, then use a flashlight to inspect it.
