Reliable Transmission Filter for Smooth Ride

This filter works great in my automotive and ensures a smooth ride. It is easy to install and has a long lifespan. However, it can be a bit pricey compared to other transmission filters in the market.

Pros
  • Good quality and durability
Cons
  • Requires professional installation

Good replacement, good price.

Used to replace Allison products. I won't know how well it filters until I do my next fluid change, so I'm not giving 5 stars. Fits perfectly. I like the blue color compared to Allison's bright orange red color for what it's worth. :-)

Pros
  • Felt filter media offer high filtration efficiency, excellent liquid flow and long filter life.
Cons
  • Fits

98 because I like to use OE when the price is at China level.

Made in the USA, Bought on sale for $14.98 because I like using original equipment when the price is like Chinese junk. Now (3-28-15) they're $22.25, so buy a few for future service when they go back on sale, or just order an Allison filter (same Delco part number), they are probably made by the same and the same supplier. Delco doesn't manufacture anything. I always change the spin on the Allison filter to 5000 when servicing the engine oil and Duramax filter, the filters are cheap, there is…

Pros
  • Has an airtight seal that virtually eliminates line pressure loss
Cons
  • Not bad
