I bought this monitor for my wife's 70+ year old mom in Ohio and with a little coaching over the phone she was able to make connections and tweak settings. She likes the flat/large screen format because it frees up the desktop. Space for her and the big picture helps her see details better when surfing the web and composing/reading emails.

The Acer x203H which I bought 6 months ago as a second (primary) monitor for my MacBook works great - excellent colours, contrast, performance for general office work and when working with photos. That's what made me an Acer fan. Setup isn't entirely intuitive, but it wasn't difficult to set up, but it was basically just plug and play. ATTENTION - MAC USERS - ENSURE ANY MONITOR YOU GET IS MAC COMPATIBLE. Revain is pretty good for determining hardware compatibility, but it needs to be looked up.

Very good picture, good price. Not adjustable in height, I put a block of wood under the base for my height. Both the screen and the black frame around it are non-reflective, which I prefer. Easier on the eyes but hard to find these days with all the high gloss "piano black" monitors that are all the rage but less practical.

This monitor is a piece of junk, I bought it in June 2010 and it stopped working on August 5th 2011. I will never buy this brand again. Revain must check and ensure that poorly made products are not available. for sale in Revain. I have been shopping from Revain for a number of years now and have always been happy with the products I have purchased from Revain but this particular brand of monitor should be banned from sale. I bought two of these to replace some of the old monitors we had. After 6 months and moving to another house they are still working 100%. Seriously considering buying two more and one dueling screen on two different computers.

Revain is a very good place for shopping. Good product, price, service and fast delivery. The Acer X203H bd 20 inch LCD monitor exceeded my expectations. I'm a retired photographer and I use it to edit my photos. It shows clarity, sharper detail, and a wider color gamut than my old HP 19-inch monitor. Easy setup and installation.

I bought this monitor because I needed a bigger screen but not at a very high price. It's clear. It's a lot easier to read than the regular monitor that comes with the computer and I set it up in less than 3 minutes. Definitely a good buy.

I bought this for my dad for Christmas just to take it off my old 15 inch CRT monitor. This is a great little monitor and very economical. I have several restaurants and we use them as order monitors. I've used this on one brand in a restaurant and when I was ready to move on to the next I looked for the same as I'm very happy with it.

I hate to admit it, but the sheer number of flat screens is huge! How decide? For me, that means asking my geek son for help. So what I have in this model is the best value for money I could find.
