I like this computer, it's fast, but there are some strange bugs. First it took me a while to figure out how to get my headphones working, I had to play around with the settings for a while before it all made sense, forget it if you think you can just plug and play. I also have issues with the audio as I use it for writing and editing music. The audio stops working when I'm in the middle of a production. Then I have to restart the whole computer. i just bought this computer it is very slow. I called Acer, they asked me to reinstall windows, they said the problem was in the software. No better results so I sent it in for service and nothing was done. Everything is just as slow as before. I have a 4 year old laptop and have run it side by side with this one and it has done everything in a third of the time. I'll take it to a workshop and see if they can help. This desktop is incredibly sluggish. for miles. My old desktop doesn't have this noticeable lag. I can't believe how much worse this is compared to my old computer. I am extremely disappointed.

The picture is clear and colorful with HDR video. The processor is a big improvement and combined with 8GB of DDR4 memory and 16GB of Optane RAM, it delivers significant speed. Overall a well rounded selection. I just wish it had a bigger screen, say a 27-inch with 4K HDR10 capabilities. I can't justify raising the price of $1200 to achieve this.
