What an F. Your website says the manufacturer automatically subtracts 1/2 an inch, so if If you order a 32" wide it will be 31 1/2 inches wide, that's not right! 32" exactly. Very misleading and dishonest description. The delivery was on the agreed day, for that 1 star. What a disappointment

This is good value for money. It is convenient to study, easy to use, easy to assemble, and slides up and down beautifully. However, this shade was NOT 1/2 inch shorter than the description says. I ordered 34" wide and it came 34" wide! I was expecting 33.5 inches. Luckily it JUST fits the window opening and I didn't have to return it but wish it was as described.

While I like the durability, rich colors and ease of use, one of these arrived slightly warped but I didn't think it would drive me crazy so I proceeded to install them. I had to have them professionally trimmed because I ordered the wrong size, but that wasn't a problem. After I hung them, the "deformation" got progressively worse and is now driving me insane. The specified smell is correct. Lazy is the best word for it. I read reviews that the smell goes away after a few days. I hope so, I have guests at home so I made this purchase. After the blinds were installed, I wiped them down with baking soda and water, but that didn't help. I just lit two candles in my room. Good blinds, but beware of windows with a lot of heat and sun. They are deformed. I changed my rating to 3 stars because 2 blinds warped due to the heat behind a curtain. I like blinds so I decided to remove the curtains so the blinds don't get hot in the sun. Both warped blinds were replaced and the bad ones sent back. Look, these aren't expensive, high-end blinds that someone will install for you. What they are are beautiful, inexpensive blinds that are true to life. They were beautifully packaged in their original sealed boxes in shipping boxes. They are no more tiring and tedious to hang than MANY other blinds I have hung. Although the blinds themselves appear to be of decent quality, the parts and accessories are just terrible. Good things first: The blinds are well packaged and they are well designed and nicely laid out. I like the double pulley that swings the blinds up and down.
