Very easy to apply. Ease of installation. I like the looks. I wish I had bought it when the price was a bit lower but it was worth it in the end. I used some extra glue in the corners and raw edges to make sure it stays in place since it's in the tub. I installed it directly on an old vinyl floor. Before and after in the photo.

I gave this 4 stars because the end result is nice and I'm glad I got it. The poorer ratings for adhesion and ease of installation are due to the fact that they don't fully adhere to the floor, but - for lack of a better word - are curved around the edges. Didn't get up or move at all. What I did was use parchment paper, iron it, heat the glue with some pressure and it stayed in place. As is the floor now

I purchased 13 boxes of 20 charcoal wood boxes 12" x 12" to cover a 16' x 13' kitchen floor. It arrived in 3 separate shipments at 2 different times of the day. The first box contained 5 packs. I love it. For the price it's really great. You don't need much equipment to cut or glue them. I bought extra tile adhesive to help them stick, but I've never tried installing them without it, so I really don't know if it's necessary.
