I love it. For the price it's really great. You don't need much equipment to cut or glue them. I bought extra tile adhesive to help them stick, but I've never tried installing them without it, so I really don't know if it's necessary. I finally got into trouble when I bought and installed a few boxes of tiles - I had 2.5 boxes left over from my master bathroom and went to use them in my guest bathroom. I was a little remiss with them given the price and ease of ordering more. In the end I realized I needed a different box - see the attached picture. So I ordered more and the color was slightly different. No big deal, I was going to order another one just in case it was a mistake and the color was still different. Contacted the manufacturer if they had some additions to the original color and it turned out they changed it permanently. I was frustrated that I had almost finished the project and now had to start over, but I didn't expect anything from them as it had been a year since I bought the original boxes, but the loss of time and the $80 or so was disappointing. . So they offered to replace all my boxes for free! They shipped them straight to my house with a UPS tracking number - next day shipping, no questions asked. I didn't promise a review or anything in return. I have never experienced such excellent customer service in my life. What offer! For this reason I will always be a big fan of Achim. Thank you for the quality products and caring for your customers. I will definitely be buying more of Achim's products with confidence. Can't recommend her enough!
