Only works as USB 2

The company does not provide technical support and my computer does not recognize it as a USB 3.0 port. It just identifies it as a USB 2 port.

Pros
  • Two SuperSpeed USB 3.0 ports on two independent Serial ATA channels
Cons
  • No

I needed a USB 3.0 PCIe card for the MSI X58 Pro motherboard to to use the Blackmagic Design Shuttle Device USB 3.0 video capture . For this purpose it works great.

Pros
  • 5Gbps - up to 10x faster than USB 2.0 Also supports USB 2.0/1.x devices

Exactly as advertised

A very easy way to add two USB 3.0 ports to your computer if you have a free PCIE 1.0 slot (short slot). . No problems to date, in fact this card has been much more reliable than my built in 3.0. Note. Since this is a self-powered card, you will need a standard 4-pin power connector. There's also no internal 20-pin connector, so you only have two external slots. Regardless, I think this is a great map.

Pros
  • AcomData SuperSpeed USB 3.0 PCI Express Card, 2 ADPU3-PCIX Ports
Cons
  • Some little things
