I'm not sure if it's a modem or crappy CenturyLink -Internet service is acting, but my internet connection comes and goes. The unit itself seems fine and looks like new, so it's probably poor service.

Tried to save a few bucks on this device but the device died after the first 3 days, Century Link exchanged it for a new one.
