works fine, no. DSL cable included - rubbish.
As previous commenters have noted, this device makes a piercing noise. Not a big deal since it's installed in a closet, but be aware. The lighting is also very bright, so this box is not suitable for the bedroom. Also, if you're using a dual-connect DSL service, ditch the 4-wire flat phone cable that came with your modem and get a Category 5e cable with an RJ plug. 11 ports (phone size). The flat phone cord isn't braided internally, so you can get a bunch of interference that degrades your signal (mine dropped about 25% before I replaced the cord). Also as announced.
