Would recommend for IT professionals who want more control over their daily tasks & workflow

The product seems like it will do what I need done in terms of certifications but there's not much documentation out yet that helps me understand how things work inside this toolbox / system (if you are familiar at all). It has some great features which would be very helpful if they were documented better! Also when using online training videos can sometimes have issues where audio lags behind text etc so its difficult watching them while your trying to read/process info from another screen eg
