Total Waste of Money

I purchased this optical drive recently and it turned out to be a complete waste of money. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice with computers, I found the drive to be slow and unreliable .Even worse the user interface was confusing and non-intuitive, making the whole experience a frustrating exercise. The only pro was that it was relatively inexpensive, but in this case, you get what you pay for. i would not recommend this product to anyone looking FOR a reliable and efficient optical…

Insufficient support/documentation at the price of

Didn't help me. However, attempting to migrate from a Crucial 2TB drive seems to hang indefinitely after reading the first 173MB or so with either the Speed or Balance performance setting. Crashes immediately when performance setting is set to "compatible". Support on their website is sparse and instructions for this particular device are not provided or appear to be available, although documentation can be found for other disk duplicators with similar interfaces.
