Love this thing. Assembly was easy with soldering skills. Keep in mind I don't solder regularly and with this screen it was pretty easy. I missed the pin at first and the letters didn't appear, but I rechecked my solders and fixed the pin and everything was fine. I can't wait to create a project with this thing.

A great addition to the Pi for working without a keyboard/monitor. Still get I/O. Very useful for creating a smart device from a Pi by running a Python program as a service in the background. There is no need to log in or run the program and you can still interact with it. Use mine as a network tool with Iperf, Wireshark, SSH, CDP and Telnet. Ability to select parameters from the software and view the result. Doesn't come with a case and I haven't found one that fits the LCD Pi. I had to invent

You can find building instructions for this thing online and it requires assembly. If you are not interested in getting the job done, look for a prebuilt version :). This is amazing stuff!

This product is not as advertised. The parts are not assembled and no LCD display is included. Advertisement says LCD but nowhere says no LCD included.

The name speaks for itself. The kit is a great starter for individuals, but the instructions require some work. how much work to improve.

I bought this to use as a HUD for my Raspberry Pi Bitcoin Miner. I no longer mine bitcoin, but while I was this thing would be very useful for showing mining stats.
