Poor Quality Pads for Automotive Detailing

These pads were a waste of money. They quickly fell apart and left residue all over my car. The only positive is that they were relatively inexpensive. However, the cons far outweigh the pros. I would not recommend these to anyone looking for quality detailing pads for their automotive needs.

Spreads evenly, does not heat up

Dissipates heat well. Easy to clean. Distributes the polish evenly. No halo effect. As a last resort, I used an unnamed brand that melted on my backside. Never again

Survived 4 hours polishing a full size pickup truck just fine. After cleaning they look almost new.

I love this set. I read that a similar Chemical Guys set also broke and fell apart after a single use. I used all 4 pads to touch up the paint and remove swirl marks on a 7 year old black truck. If you're new to things like me, you might need a good "swirl search light" as well. I recommend Rupes LL150. The vortices were visible to the naked eye when the truck was clean and in the sun. This set along with Adam's Correcting/Heavy Correcting/ and Finishing helped me get them all. However, thisโ€ฆ
