****Edit to add my new review. It's been 3 months since my review and I've completely changed my mind about these shoes! I would not recommend them! You can't take it. My sons basically fell apart! Bought it for our kindergarten to go back to school. They fit him perfectly with little room to grow. I like that they are neutral in color and go well with his uniform. He says they're comfortable and he loves the look! Overall this is something we would buy again.

Maybe I missed it in the description but they don't have a real tongue. They slip into shoes. It is very difficult to put them on. He said they felt good after we finally put them on without being able to stick our tongue out, but at the end of the day he said they hurt and never wanted to wear them again. looser. I will be keeping them to see if my youngest will find them easier to put on when he is a little older but if the slip ons are difficult for your child to put on I would not recommend

My 4 year old wears a size 12, I originally ordered a size 12 and it was so tight. My daughter felt so uncomfortable that she started getting upset.
