Good concept but not the best product

Use this at a pizza shop for cutting bread sticks. It's not ideal but it's a good concept. The blades come loose and have to be tightened with a star bit screw driver. Kind of a pain. The locks don't actually lock it in place. Just adds tension so it doesn't move as freely. It's also a little hard on the hands. To cut dough you have to press down pretty hard at about an 80 degree angle. One you get a technique down this isn't too bad. It could use a handle. A more reliable locking mechanism…
