Sometimes I have to learn something the hard way. I cut myself because I just wanted to quickly check the sliced cucumbers. Unused gloves lay on the counter beside me while I bled. my fault That thing is sharp! This gave me the thin slice of cucumber I needed to make cucumber chips.

Product was difficult to assemble after cleaning. There was virtually no instruction on how to do it. The product did not feel stable when cut. The grab tool mainly works on large items. I sliced a medium sized apple and it only made it 2/3 because the rest got stuck in the tool.

Recently started fermentation and wanted a slicer to prepare vegetables, this product meets my needs for an adjustable slicer. The blade is very sharp and easily cuts various types of vegetables. It is strong and stable during cutting, and you can quickly change cutting style and thickness. So far no problems with the slicer

This item is mostly easy to use but not easy to clean. Small bits of food get stuck in the blades and are difficult to remove. After rinsing, water collects in the frame and does not drain properly. I almost cut my hand because that black piece between your hand and the veggies doesn't always hold the veggies in place. I can easily chop onions for hamburgers. However, opinion lingers on trying to cut small pieces for hot dogs. I would have loved to have bought a simpler model.

Bought mainly to speed up slicing carrots but right out of the box the blades weren't sharp enough to slice the carrots causing the carrots to get stuck in the mechanism and the holder broke out of the carrots . I tried this from different angles and created both flat and round surfaces for the holder but I couldn't do more than one pass through the slicer. Very disappointed!
