🌊 PVC Mini Float Valve with Adjustable Arm for RO Supply Line in Ponds, Livestock Troughs, Aquariums, Hydroponics Tank Reservoir Review

I installed this valve in my marine aquarium refill tank on a bracket I made from pieces of plexiglass. Works very well, shuts off completely when the tank is full, powered by the reverse osmosis/deionizer system. I particularly like the many adjustment options of the float for your setup and the fact that all parts are made of plastic to avoid corrosion. It's only been a few days so can't comment on how durable it is, so far so good, but stay tuned.

Hydroponic Garden Pipe made of thin wall PVC pipe, bucket with a hole in the middle of the bottom to allow the roots of the vegetables growing in the bucket to enter the water in the pipe. The float valve is installed in a tube to which a garden hose is connected. The float keeps the tube filled with water. works like a toilet. Love it. You don't have to worry about watering vegetables. Makes life in the garden easier. The float works great and is adjustable.

The first real float valve I've been able to rely on in weeks that actually works and has useful attachments for a variety of occasional uses. The company clearly has good people. They have thought about the nozzles and the situations this pump can be used in and included the necessary high quality adapters for the price if you have the common sense. Very impressed! It doesn't have any metal components for starters, which is great because I'm using it in a seawater mixing tank. The float itself is bigger than I thought (I mean it as a compliment) and much stronger than anything I've used before. It also has a 1/2 NPT on top, making it a lot easier if you need fittings (it also comes with a 1/2 NPT to 1/4 adapter). I am so impressed with this float switch that I have already ordered more to replace the ones I have on my other storage tanks.

I drilled a hole in the side of a large metal feeder, threaded it through, tightened it and covered it with plywood. A 1/2" NPT thread or whatever was easy to find and I hooked it up to a garden faucet in my backyard. I haven't had any problems with it yet, it works great. The fittings that come with it are absolute rubbish. I don't usually write negative reviews but this is the only time a product - a PVC adjustable lever mini float valve - just doesn't work properly. I just upgraded my RO/DI water system and purchased this float valve to use in my 55 gallon plastic drum. Here my criticism. I think if you look for things like that float valve you'll usually understand why you need it. You are obviously trying to control the water level for an application. There are many uses for a float valve. In my case, I wanted to control the water level in a non-pressurized water system. It was not my intention to connect it to a domestic pressurized water system, I intended to use it to control water coming out of a gravity fed tank.
