The tailor is great!

I like this product because I can choose the thickness of the cheese slices. There are also replaceable wires in case one breaks.

Durable and easy to use.

This is a very strong and durable knife. The ability to change the cutting blade is easy and a great feature. It's very easy to adjust the cutting depth, making it a great addition to kitchen tools. Highly recommended.

Very Bad Design: Cheese Tools

looking for a replacement for a cheese slicer I've had for years that works great. This one is NO. The angle of the wire doesn't give you any leverage, the grip is slippery and the whole thing is just plain harsh. All of this makes it very difficult to cut the cheese from the block. Spent most of the time struggling over a few uneven slices of cheese. In the end I couldn't resist and bought another one.

3 extra cutting wires missing

Cheese slicer works as advertised but should have come with 4 extra cutting wires. No extra cords were found in the slicer's packaging, but one cord was found at the bottom of the shipping carton. I believe the wires weren't attached to the slicer pack properly which is why they fell out. Luckily, one of the cables made it into the shipping box. Although three wires are missing, I should not return the goods with the missing wires.

Has four extra wires.

The cords on these slicers don't last more than a few months. I bought a Zulay with 2 extra wires in July 2020 and in less than a year I'm using the third and final one. There are no similar cords sold separately for these slicers so I bought this one because it has 4 extra cords. They all look like they come from the same factory, with different prices and different extra cables. This slicer is worth the money considering 4 extra wire changes.
