Description of Adjustable Wooden Slant Board For Calf Stretches - Navaris Incline Wedge Ramp With Non-Slip Surface Grip For Effective Exercise

STRETCHES MUSCLES: The Navaris calf board helps to stretch lower leg muscles properly before and after exercise routines. Work out your legs and feet with this piece of equipment for runners and gym enthusiasts alike. LEGS AND CALVES: Wooden slant boards are used to stretch out leg and calf muscles, whether you are just starting out or wanting a deeper stretch for your legs. THE RIGHT ANGLES: The board measures 13" x 15" x 1.6" (33cm x 38cm x 4cm). Adjustable to different angles depending on the amount of stretch needed. Anti-slip grip tape strips prevent sliding on steeper inclines. FOLDABLE: The Navaris slant board is constructed from high quality plywood with metal hinges. It can be folded down for compact storage or transport when not in use. USING THE BOARD: Stand with both feet on the board. Adjust the slant board depending on the amount of stretch needed, from a gentle incline to a more intense uphill angle.

Didn’t work for me for my opinion

Me stats 5’11, 100 kilos (hopefully that helps)Navaris slant board alpha Jan 2022___omega Jan 2023 (1 yr)Well me was really excited to purchase this item after experiencing something similar to it in me physical therapy sessions. Things started off really well it seem pretty rad and bloody sturdy and like it could support me bodyweight until SNAP! While me was doing double kettlebell squats. Me was doing all types of movements like mentioned previously, along with stretching, air squats, goblet

Pros
  • Same one I use during physical therapy.
Cons
  • There is three levels and the difference between them seems to much.

Great Board to stretch your calves

I have tight calves and prone to shin splints. Used a board like this in physical therapy and was the only exercise that I could feel really stretching my calves, so that's why I decided to get one myself. Has multiple angles of incline and grips so your feet don't slip. If you're not using the board on carpet the board tends to move forward, so I have to keep against a wall. After a few weeks of using a couple times a day, my calves are looser and don't have pain and tighten when I walk more…

Pros
  • My son in law was thrilled with this! Very sturdy and well made. Adjust easily.
Cons
  • The slant board only has two inclines and one is too much. There's not middle level incline

Amazing.until it wasn't

This was truly awesome - felt really stable and gave me a great calf stretch - until one day the whole thing fully collapsed under me and all the screws came flying out. I'm 5'6" and 130 lbs with a slim build, so this definitely shouldn't have happened. Now can't get a refund.

Pros
  • Perfect for my tight calves and tendinitis in my feet.
Cons
  • Dangerous! broke while I was standing on it.
