Adonit Mark Stylus IPhone Touchscreens Computer Accessories & Peripherals Review

I ordered wire cutters based on the website recommendation. It was ordered so delivery took over a month. I didn't mind waiting because I wanted the best stylus I could get my hands on. This thing is incredibly disappointing. You have to press so hard that the screen is only colored. It's completely useless. Update: I traded it for another hoping I just got a lemon. nope The replacement was just as bad.

Losing contact with the iPad screen. Additional hand pressure must be applied to restore contact. Often the handwriting is uneven and I have to rewrite the same word/phrase many times. If I had known that, I would have bought a cheaper stylus. UPDATE: Bought a Chinese pen (cheapest) and it works great. Adonit keeps losing contact with the screen. Seems worse than before. This mesh-shaped stylus is simply amazing. It's extremely accurate and super responsive. However, this took 25 days. It broke after normal use and I'm still waiting for a response from Adonit customer service. I will add more information later. [Update 9/20/16]: They stopped responding! I did not get an answer. Beware, it seems that if you buy a product and it breaks, no one will care.

While I enjoyed the weight and feel of this stylus, after a month and a half of use the tip has worn away and the underlying rubber has been exposed and torn. It's useless. I don't think I abused this pen. I am a classroom teacher and have been actively using the stylus for 60 minutes a day. So I am very unsatisfied with my purchase. I expected this stylus to last at least a year. Now I have to spend more money to buy a replacement that will last more than 45 days.

I read the reviews before buying this pen and several buyers mentioned problems. I also read the recommendations of a world famous company that praised this pen, so I completed the purchase. problems outweigh recommendations; The stylus requires significant pressure to use, and while the design is great (better than the Apple Pencil), it's useless. I give it 2 stars for the comfort. I love the design and loved the mesh lace. I've found that the rubber-tipped stylus tends to catch on the screen instead of gliding smoothly across it. However, this pen does not work properly. Most of the time it doesn't respond, sometimes it works briefly, sometimes it works with extra pressure. I tried it on my iPhone, Nexus 7 and Surface Pro 4. Like many other reviewers of this product, I bought this product because Wirecutter recommends it as their budget pen. And like many other reviewers, I was disappointed! Overall, this seemed like a first of all a great pen. It's a good weight, slim and worked well on my iPad. This product is a bit heavy in the hand. Some may like it. but I have a feeling its weight could pose a hazard to the screen if it accidentally falls off the right height. Probably one of the best capacitive stylus I've ever used. There are several highlights.1. The construction of the housing is made entirely of metal, has a very robust look and a pleasant weight. The cross section is three sided so it won't roll off the table. It's also nice to hold in hand. The length is about 14cm which is great.2.
