I like the ability to customize the software to meet my needs. It is easy to use and the support team is very helpful. The software is very slow and can take a long time to load. I like that you can use it with excel, as well if its something more specific to advanced accounting business logic would be nice! The way it is able to connect with our QuickBooks file, allowing us to access all of this information in one place was very helpful! It's quick response time during any issues we've had has been great as well! We're now looking into how Easy Accounts would work instead since they have a free version that allows you up 500 accounts at no charge.
