AEM 1 4007 Flow Filter Wrap Review

I bought this when I installed the AEM cold air intake. I live in the Southeast and downpours can get really heavy and I was worried about water getting into the air cleaner from the hood intake manifold. This small sleeve prevents water from saturating the filter. Works perfectly!

Ideal for AEM 21-2058DK Universal DryFlow air filter with clip. Tasked with redirecting most of the water that hits it (some water will still get through, I found by putting it under a running faucet). I have a vented hood where the air filter is just below the vent so rainwater doesn't get on the air filter. I would give 4.5 stars with 0.5 for the price.

I only recently purchased this product as I have the air intake system it was designed for. I live in New York where the snow is bad and the salt on the streets is even worse. I thought it would be nice to add some extra precautions to keep the filter cleaner and safer. When I received this, I opened the Revain package and found a tiny bag with a filter sheet rolled up inside. I could care less about the package size and frankly appreciate the lack of material waste, but I really don't know why
