AeroTrakr Review

I like how easy it was for me as an ATCO (Air Traffic Control Officer) in training, to learn all of these systems very quickly through their help desk support staff who were extremely patient with my questions/doubts about each system! There are many things we can improve upon but overall this program has been great so far - especially since our entire department uses one central database which makes everything run smoother than before when using multiple different programs from other vendors.

Easy to use. I like the fact that I can log in from anywhere. I also like the fact that there is a mobile app to use. I wish I could have the ability to keep track of my hours. I have to log in to the computer to use the app. Also, it is not possible to have my logbooks sent to me via email. I do not like that the logbooks are not kept in the cloud. I wish they were. The best part of this software application would be its ability do complete Aircraft repairs, inspections, maintenance management, tracking etc in just one window! It also has an auto fix feature so it will automatically resolve issues for us whenever needed without much manual intervention from our end.
