Heat shield snaps onto the top of the lower half of the factory air box. 3-1/2" diameter black powder-coated aluminum tube. This product is 50-state legal (CARB E.O Number D-550-22).

NOT SUITABLE FOR 2019 REFRESH 5.7 1500

For 2019 "Classic 1500" 5.7 but not newer 2019 body. Also, this package was clearly a return from someone else as it still had the damn shipping label. Not that I think it was used but who knows what might have been lost on first person when it was sent to me. 3 stars because I'm sure it's a great move is but Revane said it fit my body style but it doesn't.Also it was returned and suggested it was due to the same issues as the website which said it would fit.

The instructions are terrible. Better switch to mechanical tilt if possible

I'm a car enthusiast. I even looked at the instructions. The way it is displayed is very vague. I prefer not to read the instructions. What they don't mention is that your engine cover has to be removed before installing the new pipe, or you have to take it off to put it back on. As far as claims to power are concerned, I don't feel much. I have an exhaust system on my Rebel and the air intake in the front is almost inaudible. Also, the temperature sensor should be pressed into the rubberโ€ฆ

Happy with everything around.

When UPS delivered my package and saw how badly the aFe box was damaged I thought the item was tampered with because it looked really damaged. It was sealed with the original packaging tape so it looked like it was a bit of a relief. The reason I was almost disappointed again was that I got lucky with the items I buy online and get shipped. If they are not damaged, they will be stolen. When I opened this particular package, even though it looked crappy, I was really impressed with how neatlyโ€ฆ

Excellent induction for the 5.7L HEMI engine featured in the 2018 Ram Sport Reg. Cabin

This is my third aFe -Air intake that I installed (on my cars; 6th overall). Keep coming back and recommending them! First, their packaging is excellent. All items are included and detailed photos are accompanied with instructions. It seems simple, but after many trips into the AutoZone because other intake systems don't have all the required parts (or wrong sizes), it becomes more important. Fit and finish are first class. I have installed over 20 air intakes on various vehicle makes andโ€ฆ
