Best saved my helmet in helmet accessories

The helmet is still ten years old but the padding has fallen apart. It fits perfectly and will hopefully add another decade to the life of my helmet.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons

Adequate but not fantastic

Pads work well. But before I use the helmet I need to make sure the pad hasn't moved. You are not very sure. However, they are the same size as the original pads. And they extended the life of the helmet.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

Much more comfortable than the original pads

Much more comfortable than the original pads. They don't soak up sweat like the original pads, which annoyed me. Additional velcro straps are great for giving the pads extra support. These pads are perfect if you want to breathe new life into a great helmet.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • No

Pads are good good for helmets and accessories

Pads feel thicker than the original. I've worn them for a few months and they're still like new. You won't notice any sweat problems on long journeys. I had to double up on the supplied self-adhesive velcro attachment points, just using the original velcro on my helmet was not enough to prevent the pads from moving when the helmet is removed. Would definitely buy again.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Almost never

Fits my Bell Influx helmet

My original Bell Influx pads fell apart after many years. I was tempted to make some home brew beer substitutes but decided to try them first. If they hold, everything is fine. I've only worn them a handful of times so I can't comment on their durability yet. I would give another star if two sets were included (as my helmet originally had) as they seem a bit overpriced.

Pros
  • One year trial

Works well but thicker than OEM.

The pads fit well. My velcro was still fine so I didn't have to use the dots they sent. 4 stars instead of 5 only because the pads are much thicker than the original pads. Replacement pads are about 3/8" thick. However, as soon as I adjusted my helmet, I didn't notice them. Maybe a little when I put on a helmet, but I forget them immediately.

Pros
  • Doping 🔥
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Good overpriced product

Once you realize it's just a few small pieces of foam that are cut to size and a few extra pads to attach to them you will realize that the price premium for this item is quite high is. If you can find fabric-covered foam of any type and thickness, you're better off cutting the pieces yourself. I liked the convenience of receiving the shipment, I was in no particular hurry. It fits well. I didn't need small pads for attachment. If you still have velcro from the project, then you probably have…

thicker, more comfortable pads

I just fitted these new replacement pads to my bike helmet and wore them to a workout. They are definitely thicker than the ones that came with the helmet and that fixed the "slippage" issue I had with the old pads. I also tried washing the old pads and it almost destroyed them. I have NOT washed the replacement pads but they look much more durable than the original pads. Also, the new pads came with a small adhesive hook and "dot" hair that I used as an extra pad attachment. I am considering…
