🔝 Upgrade Your Giro Eclipse Helmet with Aftermarket Replacement Pads Liner Review

I can't disagree with other reviewers who think it's a lot of bucks for what it is, but I was happy to sacrifice for the convenience of a set of perfectly formed new pads pay that can be replaced the expired originals. Thicker and frankly a lot more comfortable than the originals. And I appreciate that the kit comes with a pack of very sticky Velcro points to replace those that may have lost their grip.

Wrong shape and size of my Giro helmet but they work with some modifications. However, there weren't enough small round dots to attach for sticking and the sticky side of the dots isn't very sticky and I can see them peeling off easily over time. Still a cheaper option than buying a new helmet. I was just disappointed that they aren't 100% Giro style, there aren't enough glue dots and the glue isn't very strong.

As described, with a bonus: Replacement pads now come standard with small Velcro circles (one side sticky to stick to helmet shell, one side - Velcro). I used them for a 150 mile trip and they stayed in place and felt good. Also ordered MS-150 two days before and received on time with Prime Update: Ride weekly (30 mile rides) and start warming up. everything is still good and whole.
