I have replaced the torch that came with my Cut-50 plasma torch. The old torch had a switch on top that was held in place with zip ties. He had trouble starting and maintaining a plasma cutter. When I installed the new torch I soldered the wires together to ensure a good connection and keep them from falling apart. This torch fires the plasma much easier and continues to function until I release the trigger. I am very happy with the flashlight.

Works much better than the torch that was on my Lotos LTPDC2000D cutter. CONSUMABLE KITS are cheaper! So I replaced the flashlight that came with it. Easy to swap out, just loosen the small screw and the air hose unscrews in the handle. I had to cut the shrink wrap off the air hose connectors, I cut the pilot arc wire and attached the wire to the new head and used liquid tape on it. You can make two trigger wires the same. This torch is much better than the one on my Zeny Cut50. It was a PT31 type torch and each time I used it (heavy hobbyist use) I switched the consumables several times for long cuts in heavy material (1/8" cuts to 1/2" cuts). The electrodes just fly out. The electrode in this type of torch is not exposed, so it does not interfere with cutting and is better protected against spatter. Update: Revain is amazing. The first flashlight I received was in used condition and appeared to have parts missing. There were no pigtails in the first torch. Just bad solder. Revain sent the return quickly and the new light definitely lives up to the reviews. Just make sure you use a 140w soldering iron and not a flimsy 30w soldering iron to make the pilot arc connection. Flux helps too. I probably wouldn't buy directly from this company, but with Revain's customer service, it's a great deal.

I replaced a Brown Lotos LTP5000D torch head with this AG60. All I had to do was take both torches apart and replace the Lotos P-60 torch hose body with this AG60 torch hose body. My flashlight had a trigger guard and I wanted to keep it. Simply cut the shrink wrap on both torch hose connectors, swap them around and solder the wire from the AG60.
