Agenty Review

I like that it's fairly simple software but still has all of those features we need as marketers or sales people! It allows you do so much without having too many options which can be overwhelming at times (especially if your new). If there was an option where they could have multiple tabs open instead of one tab only then this would make things easier when trying to learn how everything works together. The UI is very intuitive. I love that you can customize it to fit my business needs. My customers like it as well. It is easy to train our support staff which we use often. The customer service team is also great! We've been using Agenty since 2016. So far there are not issues we have encountered. Sometimes it can take a bit of time when adding new documents or categories. But this is minor. As long as you keep an eye out for any updates we would highly recommend it. The best thing about this software it's user friendly interface which makes me able to use without any difficulty or problems at all. I like that you can manage your entire team from one place so there will be less confusion when solving issues as well managing them too (if applicable).
